"Autumn in Hilltopper Country"
Today's painting is titled Autumn in Hilltopper Country and is 40"w x 16"h, acrylic on canvas. This painting is a donation for the Marshall School here in Duluth. The school is perched on top of the hill with a sweet view of the city and harbor. The school is right next to Coppertop Church, where I proposed to my wife overlooking the city lights. This piece features bright red maples, birch, colorful rocks and red foliage, all set off by a bright blue sky. The title includes the school's name .. the Marshall Hilltoppers. What does autumn in Hilltopper country look like? Well hopefully this piece gives you an idea ... or you could take a drive up to Duluth in the autumn and see for yourself. This painting will be auctioned off at the school fundraiser later this spring.

Prints available on my online store.

All my best,
Aaron
